"My wife and I recently went here to purchase life insurance for us and our 2 daughters. Anna and Linda were extremely helpful with everything. "After having dealt with this office for over 50 years (with Jack Dalton before Sheila Radwan), it’s hard to believe the rude treatment I received. It began with a call to inquire about my ungodly high auto insurance rates…1 vehicle, 1 driver. I seemed to be paying twice as much as others in my age bracket were paying. There was no discussion. I was just told that everything was high these days. The end. So, I checked other companies and found the exact same coverage for half the cost. HALF. So, when I called to cancel, imagine my surprise when asked why I didn’t call their office first to discuss my high rates. And imagine her surprise when I said I did but you couldn’t be bothered with me. She made the cancellation a nightmare. Didn’t notify State Farm main office. I found that out when I received an invoice and called them directly. A NIGHTMARE!"
