"I have been a customer of Sheila Radwan for almost 32 years. I have no complaints. Sheila, Linda & the newest addition Delaney are all wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. I love to visit the office to pay my bills, review my policies, or ask questions. Also, there are always gifts to take home with you (i.e. candy, calendars, floss, pens, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, insurance card sleeves, measuring tape, etc.). A pleasant experience for sure."

"Sheila was a wonderful agent for my daughter when she bought her first home this summer. She really educated her, she didn’t just sell her a policy. I was so impressed, when we moved into a condo, I called Sheila again.
Has forward another month and our auto insurance came up for renewal. I spoke with Anna at Sheila’s office. We did a comparison of coverages and Anna saved me $3,000 ! I had been with our previous carrier for over 10 years! Shop around folks, keep the money in your pocket. Understandably, not everyone can expect this level of savings, but you don’t know if you don’t call. Anna was very patient through this process and followed up as I obtained necessary documentation. Call this agency! They’re terrific. True professionals and great customer service!"

"Sheila is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to make sure you truly understand your insurance coverage. I've been a State Farm customer for years, but no one has ever explained my policies as clearly or as thoroughly as Sheila.
When we reviewed my coverage, she knew exactly the right questions to ask to make sure I had the appropriate types and amounts of coverage for my specific situation. She identified potential gaps in my coverage that had never been brought to my attention during previous policy reviews, including things I never would have thought to consider on my own.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt like Sheila was trying to upsell me or recommend coverage I didn't need. Instead, she helped me find the right balance between having the protection I needed and keeping my premiums reasonable. I genuinely felt like she was looking out for my best interests and making sure I was properly protected.
Even after our meeting, Sheila followed up to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and that I felt confident about my coverage. That level of service is rare and very much appreciated.
